1 Introduction

Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid contact number and accurate address details during registration. Providing false information — including using another person's identity — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your r789 username and password confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• r789 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact r789 support immediately via email at support@r789.click.
• r789 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

r789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing a withdrawal — or at any time r789 deems necessary — you may be asked to provide identity documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and payment method verification. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed to r789's satisfaction may have withdrawals withheld until verification is resolved.

4 Deposits

r789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on r789 is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit; however, daily deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. Verified accounts have higher deposit limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your r789 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within 30 minutes during business hours. Card deposits are usually instant.

4.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits must be made in PKR. r789 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any attempted deposit in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the sender.

5 Withdrawals

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on r789 are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, check the selection, odds and stake carefully. r789 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. r789 may refuse or limit bets at its discretion without explanation.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned and not replayed within a specified window (usually 48 hours).
• r789 determines that a bet was placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placement (inside information).
• A clear pricing error — where odds were offered at a level obviously outside the intended market range — is identified.
• Any other circumstance at r789's reasonable discretion where voiding is the equitable outcome.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's r789 wallet in full.

7.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting on r789 is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting, with the addition that the platform may temporarily suspend in-play markets during critical moments (following a wicket, goal or other significant event) while odds are recalculated. Bets confirmed before suspension are honoured at confirmed odds.

7.5 Maximum Payout

Single bet maximum payout is Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore). Accumulator bets have a separate maximum payout limit displayed in the accumulator builder. Payouts exceeding these limits will be paid at the maximum payout amount regardless of the stated potential return.

8 Casino & Game Rules

8.2 Provably Fair Games

r789's crash games and Aviator use a provably fair algorithm. The crash point or outcome is cryptographically determined before each round. Players may verify outcomes using the published seeds after each round. r789 does not and cannot manipulate outcomes on provably fair games.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption or other technical error during a game, r789 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return stakes to affected players. Any winnings generated during a technical malfunction will not be paid until the validity of the outcome is confirmed by r789's technical team. r789 is not responsible for losses arising from the player's own connectivity or device issues.

8.4 Game Maximum Win Limits

Individual game sessions have maximum win limits which are displayed within the game. Winnings exceeding the maximum will be paid at the maximum win amount.

9 Fair Play & Security

r789 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any program to place bets, play games or interact with the r789 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or other technical vulnerabilities — regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional. Players who discover such errors should report them to r789 immediately.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live game states or coordinating betting strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your real location or identity.
• Money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal activity using the r789 platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the r789 platform or its games.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by Player

Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be paid out subject to standard KYC and wagering requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2 Closure by r789

r789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Any other reason r789 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or its players.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months will be classified as dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee of Rs 100 per month may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. r789 will notify the account holder via email before any dormancy fees are applied.

12 Privacy & Data

r789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on r789, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

r789 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r789's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Continuing to use r789 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using r789 and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
